Peter Spath Joins Loureiro Contractors, Inc.

Peter A. Spath, Jr. joins Loureiro as Senior Vice President and principal in charge of Loureiro Contractors, Inc. (LCI). LCI was formed in 1990 to provide clients the opportunity to experience the benefits of a single source of design and construction services from a truly integrated service provider. LCI has a broad range of experience in infrastructure development, environmental remediation, and demolition.

Peter was first exposed to road construction in his adolescent years working in the field operating equipment. He went on to the University of New Haven and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and has spent his entire professional career in the construction industry. Peter has held positions of increasing complexity and responsibility that cover all aspects of project implementation including estimating and turnover, planning, staffing, and supervising personnel to providing leadership and management support to those individuals in his charge to support the advancement of their careers. Peter was most recently a member of the executive leadership team for an ENR top 400 heavy highway, civil and paving general contractor where he led the successful implementation of major construction projects in the northeast.
