She was first introduced to the Outer Banks real estate market over a decade ago while working in digital marketing for a property management and real estate firm. Small also holds a degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
Through her role in local government, Small developed an extensive professional network while refining her community knowledge in order to easily provide her new clients with a wealth of resources and information regarding complex local issues.
