Heilind Electronics Introduces WAGO's PCB Terminal Blocks for Power Applications

WILMINGTON, Mass., Dec. 17, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Heilind Electronics, an authorized distributor for WAGO and a premier distributor of electronic components worldwide, is now stocking the manufacturer's PCB terminal blocks for power applications.

Offering a compact size, high current carrying capacity and integrated connection technology, WAGO terminal blocks facilitate faster and easier wiring. The easy-to-use lever opens at an angle of up to 60 degrees and is designed to securely close the clamping unit. Additionally, the lever locks into open or closed position with a tactile and audible click.

The terminal blocks also offer flexibility. Conductors can be connected both horizontally and vertically to the circuit board, and testing can be performed parallel or perpendicular to conductor entry.

WAGO's power electronics selection includes two families of PCB terminal blocks, as well as a pluggable connector system for cross sections up to 25 mm squared and nominal current up to 76 A. This comprehensive product lineup accommodates 24 - 4 AWG and includes UL ratings as high as 85 A and 1000 V.

These products also feature push-in CAGE CLAMP connection technology. This allows for increased pin spacing and double pinning, ultimately expanding current capacities while maximizing voltage ratings.

WAGO's PCB terminal blocks are easy to use in the tightest spaces and are perfect for panel feed-through applications. Since they meet the requirements of EN and UL 61800-5-1, the products are also suitable for panel feed-through connections in electric drive system applications.
