vFairs partners with Junior Achievement to deliver reimagined virtual career fairs to students across America

CARROLLTON, Texas, Dec. 18, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Junior Achievement, a nonprofit organization that provides students with business education, has teamed up with vFairs, a virtual events platform, to offer students an entirely new virtual education experience in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

JA Inspire, Junior Achievement's career fair-style program, offers students in middle and high school the opportunity to learn about career opportunities with hands-on tools. Students could explore various career opportunities, work with the tools, and immerse themselves into various options.

With the help of vFairs, Junior Achievement's virtual event platform of choice for this initiative, JA Inspire Virtual has become a popular educational offering for JA. Companies are able to host a virtual exhibit where students can come learn about careers in their industries. They can also host virtual webinars for the students to learn more, ask questions through chat, and continue exploring how to pursue various career opportunities.

The virtual event series will provide a way for students to continue learning and planning for their educational careers and beyond, even as physical events are on hold.

"The response to JA Inspire Virtual and the vFairs platform has been tremendous," said Jack E. Kosakowski, President and CEO of Junior Achievement USA. "Work and career awareness are an important way of helping students make the connection between what they learn in school and how it applies to future success. vFairs has helped JA to continue delivering these kinds of experiences, even in a virtual environment. We greatly appreciate their support in this effort."

"We are thrilled to support events that provide engaging virtual education for students across America," said Muhammad Younas, CEO of vFairs. He added that "the positive response from these events is an excellent reminder that virtual education can be both innovative and informative. We look forward to continuing to empower students to start planning their futures with JA Inspire."

To date, over 39 areas across the US have signed on to host JA Inspire Virtual, with more in the works for 2021.
