L'Allemagne va faire une entorse à sa constitution pour renforcer son armée
Le gouvernement et l'opposition conservatrice en Allemagne ont trouvé dimanche soir un accord pour faire une entorse aux règles budgétaires de la constitution nationale, afin de débloquer 100 milliards d'euros pour moderniser l'armée face à la menace russe.
Un compromis en ce sens a été acté après des négociations difficiles...
