La Pologne, pays voisin de l'Ukraine qui se défend contre l'agression russe, a signé mercredi un accord pour l'achat de 116 chars Abrams aux États-Unis, dans le cadre du renforcement de son armée.
La vente avait été approuvée par le département d'État américain en décembre.
