Canada announces $350 mln for green aviation
Canada's Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne on Monday announced Can$350 million (US$265 million) to support the aerospace industry's drive toward zero carbon emissions.
The funding, he said in a statement, will go to boosting hybrid and alternative propulsion, aircraft systems, a transition to alternative fuels, and aircraft support infrastructure.
