Le dirigeant nord-coréen Kim Jong Un a assuré mercredi à Vladimir Poutine que Moscou remportera une "grande victoire" sur ses ennemis, lors d'une visite exceptionnelle en Russie organisée pour renforcer leurs liens, notamment militaires.
Rien à ce stade n'a toutefois été communiqué officiellement concernant un éventuel accord pour des livraisons...
