Otan: Lisbonne et Madrid s'engagent à augmenter leurs dépenses militaires
Lisbonne s'est dit prêt lundi à "accélérer" son calendrier d'investissements militaires pour qu'ils atteignent les 2% du PIB avant 2029, tandis que Madrid a confirmé cet objectif pour 2029, lors de rencontres de leurs dirigeants avec le secrétaire général de l'Otan, Mark Rutte.
