Nancy Hall, CEO of Mindshare North America, named to Partnership with Children Board of Directors
Visionary leader in media and communications brings personal focus to PWC's mission of enhancing mental health and wellness of NYC schoolchildren
NEW YORK, Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Partnership with Children (PWC), the 117-year-old nonprofit supporting the mental health and wellness of school children across New York, has named Nancy Hall, NA CEO of GroupM's Mindshare, as its newest Board Member. In her work at Mindshare, Hall leads teams across North America in driving transformative media and business strategies for some of the world's biggest brands.
"We are thrilled to have Nancy join our Board, bringing us her renowned vision and skill for building communities through communication. She has quickly immersed herself in our work, creating opportunities for more people to understand our mission and support the children and families we serve," said PWC Board President Helena Willner.
When honored at PWC's 2024 Inspiration Gala last June for her role as a champion of young people, Hall recounted her visit to a school where PWC delivers mental health counseling and vital community services that "build children's confidence to believe in themselves." While she observed that this can be a distant dream for those experiencing the anxiety and stress of temporary housing or lack of resources, she said PWC bridges the gap, enabling children to acquire "the ability to navigate life's changes with resilience and foster good mental health so they can strive for a better future."
Hall recently collaborated with PWC to celebrate Mindshare Day, an annual celebration of the agency's people, heritage, and values at the PWC headquarters. The company donated thousands of essential health and hygiene items that can be out-of-reach for families who are strapped financially. To help, nearly 100 Mindshare employees gathered to assemble the products into personal care kits, adding individualized kindness cards and friendship bracelets with words of affirmation.
"Nancy Hall is an individual who makes a positive and profound impact on everything she touches. We are so grateful to have her as an advocate and partner and I am personally very excited to see where her ideas will take us next," said Wesner Pierre, CEO of Partnership with Children.
With more than 20 years of media industry experience, Hall is a respected leader and change agent, with expertise across addressable, performance marketing, branding, media strategy, programmatic, commerce, search, social, and more. Prior to Mindshare, she was at IPG's Matterkind, where she served as U.S. CEO, driving addressable strategies, data and audience programs, and media activation capabilities for clients across a variety of verticals. Her insights have been featured in leading industry publications such as Adweek, AdExchanger, and Campaign, among others, and under her leadership, Mindshare was recently awarded Media Agency of the Year at the MMA Smarties North America Awards.
"The work that Partnership with Children does helps thousands of children and families every year," says Nancy Hall, NA CEO, Mindshare. "I've learned so much from our community efforts together, and am honored to join the Board of Directors. This is a group that is truly dedicated to creating a better world and future for children."
