IS4S Awarded Two OASIS+ Contracts: Total Small Business & Unrestricted

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Feb. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) is proud to announce the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has awarded two indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts to IS4S under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contracting program.

OASIS+, a replacement and expansion of the legacy OASIS program, is government-wide and made up of 6 distinct IDIQ contracts. Contract scope is organized by Domains, which are groupings of related services, and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes designated within each Domain. This structure is adaptable and flexible, allowing for expansion of scope by adding Domains, and allowing for a single solution that integrates multiple service disciplines for both commercial and non-commercial contracts.

OASIS+ is a designated Best-in-Class (BIC) contract by the Office of Management and Budget. It is designed with features that benefit all parties, including no contract ceiling or cap on awards, a 10-year order period (base of 5-year and one 5-year option period), and a vetted selection of highly qualified contractors in their respective fields.

IS4S, a leader in engineering solutions across a broad range of disciplines, was awarded in December 2024 both the OASIS+ Total Small Business contract for the Research and Development Services Domain and the OASIS+ Unrestricted contract for the Research and Development Services Domain and the Technical and Engineering Services Domain. OASIS+ specifies these Domains:

-- Research and Development Services Domain: This Domain includes any
requirements in support of research and development (R&D) activities.
R&D activities may be aimed at achieving either specific or general
objectives. The term R&D includes basic research, applied research, and
experimental development. Services include conducting R&D in: the
physical, engineering and life sciences, nanotechnology, biotechnology,
        and social sciences and humanities.
-- Technical and Engineering Services Domain: This Domain includes
requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other
technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers,
geologists, geophysicists, and technicians, required to handle specific
operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Government.
Work under this Domain typically involves the application of physical
laws and principles of engineering in the design; development, and
        utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems;
and providing expert advice and assistance on technical functions and
        issues.

Inclusion in this program emphasizes IS4S's experience and excellence in supporting government customers in an extensive range of technical, engineering, research, and development services. Their mission is well-aligned with the OASIS+ ethos of providing federal agencies the flexibility they need to meet mission objectives effectively and quickly.

IS4S is a unique employee-owned C-corporation small business that was founded in 2008 by experienced engineers and managers who realized the need to provide customers an alternative to the defense contractor status quo. Their approach to systems integration and development is based on a time-proven premise: giving the customer the best value solution is always the right answer.

IS4S Executive Vice President Craig Naudain stated, "Being awarded a position on OASIS+ provides IS4S the ability to competitively support our government customers and continue to make an impact well into the future."
