Jack Monson and Heather McLeod to Lead International Franchise Association (IFA) Marketing and Innovation Committee

WASHINGTON, March 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The International Franchise Association (IFA) today announced that Jack Monson, Chief Growth Officer of Thunderly Marketing, has been appointed chair of IFA's Marketing and Innovation Committee. Joining him as vice-chair is franchise expert Heather McLeod, Operating Partner, Strategic Marketing at Trive Capital. Assuming their roles at the IFA Annual Convention on Feb. 10, 2025, Monson and McLeod take the helm of one of IFA's key membership-led committees, formed to educate IFA members on best practices in marketing, technology, and innovation to support their own company growth and performance.

The IFA Marketing and Innovation Committee is comprised of marketing professionals who are members of IFA, working to educate other IFA members on best practices in marketing, technology, and innovation. By leveraging digital platforms and groundbreaking tools, the committee aims to enhance member company performance and efficiency while promoting franchising to both internal and external audiences.

They will serve a term of two years.
