Get Well Appoints Data and AI Industry Leaders to Power AI Roadmap

Experienced executives join to launch new precision care platform

BETHESDA, Md., May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Get Well, the leader in digital patient engagement, announced the appointment of Oladimeji (Dimeji) Farri to Senior Vice President of Data and AI, and Mitch Kearney to Senior Vice President of Product Development. Both leaders will accelerate Get Well's precision care platform, recently announced at the Get Connected 2025 conference.

Farri will apply AI and machine learning models to Get Well's product portfolio strategy, including product design and development, leveraging evolving multimodal LLM and agentic AI technologies and collaborating with engineering and product teams to create disruptive AI products that deliver surplus value to patients, providers and caregivers. He will oversee the AI development and deployment teams, ensuring data-driven insights lead to the prioritization of high-value projects and product enhancements that deliver a high degree of ROI to Get Well's clients.?

Before Get Well, Farri served as Senior Director Research and Development and Head of the NLP Research Group for Siemens Healthineers. Previous to this he was Principal Scientist and Lead, AI Lab, for Philips Research North America.

Kearney is responsible for leading the platform strategy across Get Well's portfolio of products. He now leads Get Well's platform development teams, with a focus on building and enhancing data architecture and interoperability across Get Well solutions.

He comes to Get Well from Health Catalyst where he served as Senior Vice President of Data and Analytics Platform. Before this he was Senior Director of Data Integration at IBM Watson Health.
