US 'indispensable' for Europe's security: Merz
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said Friday the United States was "indispensable" to Europe's security, after earlier casting doubts on Washington's reliability.
"America is crucial for Europe's security, is indispensable for Europe's security today and for a long time," Merz said on a visit to NATO headquarters.
