SBIR Advisors Curates Catalog of Sole-Source Eligible Companies on AWS Marketplace

SBIR Advisors, a company helping technology startups win defense contracts, today announced the availability of a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase III catalog exclusively on AWS Marketplace. This first-of-its-kind resource is a single, centralized channel for procurement officers to discover sole-source eligible technology that has been funded by the government and will meet specific mission needs.

“Government agencies prioritize investing in sole-source eligible technology because it has been validated through the SBIR program,” said Bryan Guinn, Chief Technology Officer, SBIR Advisors. “We are excited to curate the SBIR Phase III AWS Marketplace for novel technology that will uniquely meet the needs of warfighters. We look forward to working with new and innovative software companies to facilitate their inclusion in the catalog.”

The catalog will offer benefits to both government buyers and Independent Software Vendors (ISV). Buyers receive incentives and credits for purchasing sole-source eligible technology through Private Pricing Agreements (PPA). Additionally, buyers will have access to simple searching and filtering to clearly match software capabilities with mission needs including cybersecurity and zero trust, AI/ML and data analytics, DevSecOps and cloud migration, digital modernization and automation, and secure communications and networks.

The first three ISVs to be listed on the SBIR Phase III AWS Marketplace are Traceless, Sequoia Inc., and Crave.io. The technologies developed by these companies, and all future ISVs added to the catalog, will consistently be in front of qualified and relevant Department of Defense procurement teams.

“Technology developed through the SBIR program is often at the leading edge of innovation,” said Josh Slattery, Vice President of Technology Sales, Vertosoft. “In today’s environment, speed-to-mission is essential. We’re proud to support SBIR Advisors and their ISVs by providing a centralized, easy-to-navigate Marketplace where government buyers can quickly find and acquire proven SBIR-backed solutions. We believe this will empower agencies to make faster, smarter, and more cost-effective procurement decisions.”

ISVs who are qualified to receive a SBIR Phase III sole-source contract allow procurement officers to bypass the usual competitive bidding process and move the technology in-theater faster.

SBIR Advisors works with over 180 technology companies and is uniquely qualified to support those seeking to secure government contracts. The company has helped their clients win over $500M in fully funded contracts with the Department of Defense.

ISVs who are interested in being included in the SBIR Phase III AWS Marketplace should fill out a contact form.
