MES Group Team Heads to Florida & Texas to Launch Newest Soft Start Solutions
MES Group announced today that its executive leadership team will travel to Florida and Texas at the end of July for an intensive customer outreach initiative to introduce a new trio of soft starter products for air-conditioning, well pumps and refrigeration.
The trip will include working with professional installers, contractors, farmers and homeowners to provide in-person demonstrations, technical support and training on the new products.
MES Group, a U.S.-based global manufacturer of high-quality electrical solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications, pioneered improvements to soft starters with its AIRGO product for air conditioners. AIRGO protects valuable equipment by reducing inrush current and torque, extending the equipment’s lifespan. It also ensures that systems with backup generators continue to perform during power outages.
Trio of new soft starters
Soft start technology is a cornerstone of MES Group’s offerings. The new three-product AIRGO lineup expands applications, improves reliability and simplifies installation for professional installers and end users alike. It includes tailored soft starters for well pumps and refrigeration, and an enhanced version of its original AIRGO soft starter. The new products are:
- AIRGO H2O designed to handle the high-temperature conditions of well pumps.
- AIRGO NC, which has no capacitor, the electrical circuit component that fails most frequently, making the AIRGO NC more reliable for refrigeration and other applications.
- AIRGO G3, re-engineered for easier installation and maintenance with simplified wiring and LED fault diagnostics.
“This trip underscores our commitment to our customers and installers,” said Christine Grainer, CEO and co-founder of MES Group. “Florida and Texas are two of our most important markets. We’re traveling there because we believe that to serve customers best, we need to see the challenges they face in real life and make sure our solutions are working exactly as they should.”
A soft starter deep dive
The team will be making stops throughout the greater Houston area in Texas, and up and down Florida for:
- On-site installations of the redesigned soft start products.
- Technical support sessions to ensure seamless adoption.
- Feedback collection to guide future product improvements and customer service initiatives.
“We recognized a market desire for simpler, more adaptable solutions that also deliver on MES Group’s reputation for technical excellence,” said Bob Cramer, master electrician and co-founder of MES Group. “Our goal is always to meet real-world installer and user needs, so we’re excited to introduce these redesigned soft starter products in person.”
He added that MES Group hopes to make additional trips to other markets in the future.
