Resident comfort is the cornerstone of Corvias’ Wellness at Home program, which supports the quality of life and overall well-being of Soldiers and their families.

“At Corvias, our focus is on creating homes and communities where residents feel supported and proud to live,” said Kolby Stobbe, SVP of Property Operations at Corvias. “Resident satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, which is why programs like Wellness at Home are so important. By expanding these initiatives to Fort Riley, we’re not only improving living spaces but also enhancing the daily wellbeing and peace of mind of service members and their families.”

Boosting 1,500+ Fort Riley Families

At Fort Riley, wellness assessments are complete in the select Corvias-managed homes that will receive targeted wellness solutions. Vitacorps, Corvias' wellness solutions delivery partner, will install advanced air, water, lighting and humidity controls beginning this week. Based on overwhelmingly positive resident response at Fort Meade, Md., and Fort Bragg, N.C., this initiative continues into next year and benefits nearly 1,500 families at Fort Riley.

Leading Portfolio-Wide Investments

The expansion of the Wellness at Home program at Fort Riley builds on a series of recent broad, multi-installation improvement efforts underway across Corvias’ 22,000-unit on-base military family and unaccompanied housing portfolio, including:

  • Housing Modernization: Corvias is leading $210 million in housing and community improvements at Fort Bragg, Fort Meade, and Fort Rucker, Ala., focused on infrastructure renewal, energy efficiency, and in-home environments aligned to the DOD’s Resilient and Healthy Defense Communities Strategy (RHDC). The comprehensive improvements include roofing, flooring, and exterior work with more extensive interior upgrades in the pipeline.
  • Energy Resiliency: Corvias has committed nearly $63 million in energy upgrades at Fort Polk, La., including a $29 million onsite power generation project that is delivers 13 MW of renewable energy to roughly 1,800 homes – about 40% of the installation’s housing – in its first year. These efforts are paired with high-efficiency improvements such as advanced HVAC systems, geothermal systems, and water-saving devices, alongside future plans for microgrid and battery storage to strengthen resiliency.

Building on this momentum, energy efficiency upgrades are also underway at Fort Sill for nearly 95% of on-post homes, with modernization projects set to begin at Fort Bragg in November for over 1,900 homes, and at Fort Meade in 2026.
  • Award-Winning Options: Corvias delivers award-winning on-installation housing designed to meet the diverse needs of service members. In the Army’s 2025 Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey, Randolph Pointe earned the prestigious Platinum A-List Award with an outstanding score of 87.6 out of 100, reflecting Corvias’ strong performance in privatized unaccompanied apartment housing. The company also exceeded the Army’s family housing satisfaction baseline by nearly a full point, underscoring its commitment to providing modern, affordable housing that fosters both comfort and connection to the on-base community.

As a trusted Partner of Choice, Corvias brings multidisciplinary expertise in infrastructure development, management, and innovation to create vibrant military communities that help families thrive.
