LANMAR INDUSTRIA METALURGICA LTDA., is a 100% Brazilian company that operates in the field of precision machining of small, medium and large size parts. Founded in 1973, the company manufactures parts for various segments, and their main customers are from aircraft industry, automotive, electronics and oil and gas extraction.

Located in the city of Hortolandia, state of São Paulo, the company has a privileged location, being near the city of Campinas with access to major highways and the international airport of Viracopos. It occupies 9.000m² of constructed area, on a plot of 60.000m² total area.

For the welfare of future generations and sustainability, LANMAR invests in environmental development programs for the preservation of the environment relying on an effluent treatment plant and an area dedicated to reforestation.

Today LANMAR has a diverse number of devices such as Machining Centers, Machine Tools, Electrical Discharge Machining, Calender, Folding, High Pressure Water Jet, Vertical Lathes, Milling machine and Special Processes for the aviation industry, such as: mechanical assembly and crimping and Hex flange nut Sealing.

It has a team of engineers and technical expertise for the development of the product using development software according to the needs of the process, such as Power Shape, Power Mill, FeatureCAM, AutoCad and Solidworks.

Its high degree of improvement enables Lanmar to manufacture pieces of several types of materials, such as Titanium, Inconel, Beryllium, Treated Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, among others. The Division of Quality Assurance is responsible for maintaining both the certifications owned by the company, according to NBR ISO 9001:2008 and NBR 15100:2010 (specific to the aerospace sector) manages the entire Quality Management System of LANMAR and coordinates with extensive experience of its technical staff, the releases of products to the customer, counting on a complete set of measurement instruments, especially the Three-dimensional Coordinate Measuring Machines.

Aiming at excellence in its production processes, LANMAR has a streamlined manufacturing system (Lean Manufacturing) to ensure continuous improvement and flexibility in its processes, reducing the time of manufacture and delivery of product to the customer meeting the quality requirements established by customer.
