Advanced Composites Solutions (ACS)

ACS - Advanced Composites Solutions, is a young engineering company, with the objective of establishing itself as a reference in Brazil for composite materials technology and light general aviation. With great experience in the composites field and with its strong background in the aerospace technology, ACS's primary focus is on providing qualified engineering services. With a unique approach for product development and problem solving, the company aims as costumers not only the aerospace industry but all industrial areas where advanced composites can be used as a lightweight material alternative.

Besides its services the company intends to put on the market its own line of a general aviation aircraft. The first aircraft is the ACS-100 Sora, a recreational and acrobatic light sport aircraft, totally manufactured with composite materials. As part of the same strategy, the company also plans to start conceptual studies of a light general aviation aircraft family. The primary objective of this family will be to supply the enormous demand of the brazilian market, contributing for the solution of chronicle problems through which the national general aviation is currently passing.       

To keep up with the state of art of composite technologies, ACS also conducts Research & Development activities in partnership with universities and independent contributors. The Company's headquarters in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brasil, are strategically located in the heart of the brazilian aerospace industry.
