FORJADOS S.A., manufactures forged pieces for the general industry through the process of stamp forging. Also, the Company produces parts of different thickness from steel sheets through the process of die-cutting and stamping. FORJADOS S.A. was founded in 1999 and its operation is based on German know-how and expertise in the process of stamp forging.
The Company has earned both national and international recognition as a result of the high performance of its products in the automotive, electrical, railway, agricultural and heavy machinery sectors, as well as the general industry. This is the result of implementing international Quality Management Systems oriented towards customer satisfaction.

FORJADOS S.A. has a deep knowledge in the sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes in the automotive sector, with clients, such as TNK, Dana Transejes, Dana-Venezuela, Bonem S.A., etc., as well as original equipment manufacturers in Colombia, such as Toyota, Renault, General Motors, Mazda and Mitsubishi.

Stamp Forging Process
The Company’s forging production system has the required infrastructure to produce pieces with a maximum weight loading capacity of 4.0 Kg. Under specific conditions, FORJADOS S.A. has the capacity to manufacture pieces that can support higher weight.
Die Cutting Process
FORJADOS S.A. is able to perform die cutting on 6mm thick steel sheets. These products are mainly directed to the automotive industry.
Machining Process
FORJADOS S.A.’s machine park includes a CNC lathing machine for the machining of high quality parts and components for various industry sectors guaranteeing the fulfillment of customers’ specifications.
