Since its founding in 2010, Factory IM S.A.S. has been known for its innovative work. One of its greatest achievements in innovation is the HeartView system. HeartView is a hardware and software platform for data management and the monitoring of the activity of the human heart for the prevention and diagnosis of heart disease.
This case of entrepreneurship has been recognized for its degree of innovation by the "Startup Competition" promoted by “La Red Innova”, a Latin American innovation, entrepreneurship and technology community and the "Intel 2011 Challenge" where the Company along with another domestic company represented Colombia, at an event hosted by Universidad de los Andes in Bogota.
Furthermore, the Company has been involved in the design and development of a CBT - Computer-Based Training system for the Cessna Caravan 208B with state-owned CODALTEC specializing in simulation products for the Aerospace, Defense and High Technology sectors.
