Mykolaiv Armoured Plant, is a part of the overarching state concern Ukronboronprom, and specialises in the production and modernisation of lightly armoured wheeled vehicles.
The plant has manufactured a variety of vehicles, including:
- АТМ-1 (technical motor workshop ), Kovcheg (armoured medical vehicle)
- BRDM-2LD (diesel engine SMD- 21-08)
- BTR-70М (diesel engine UTD-20)
- BTR-3U (diesel engine DEIZ and automatic gearbox)
- BTR-70P (police)
- BTR-70Di and BRDM-2Dі (diesel engines IVEСО and EURO-3)
