Plant Kuznya on Rybalsky

Plant Kuznya on Rybalsky, originally founded in 1862 as "Leninska Kuznya Plant", is a joint stock company that specialises in shipbuilding and armaments.

The plant offers the below products and services:

• Fishing freezer trawlers, carrying refrigerating vessels for the fisheries of Ukraine, Russia, CIS and other foreign countries, including the 5025M, 50016, 50018 types
• Fish-protecting and fish-finding vessels
• Scientific/research and geological prospecting vessels on the basis of project 5025M
• Harbour tugboats, salvage tugboats, garbage collecting vessels, fire-fighting vessels, harbour vessels of various destination
• Carrying vessels, multipurpose dry cargo vessels, container ships with cargo capacity of up to 4,000 tons, including the type "River-sea"
• Fast passenger/car ferries (up to 40 knots)
• Tankers, victualling vessels, chemical tankers with the deadweight of up to 5,000 tons
• Technical fleet vessels: Multi-scope dredges, including self-propelled automated dredges, dredging scows, floating facilities to clean ponds etc.
• Self propelled and non-self propelled barges

In terms of Military products, the Plant manufactures military ships and armaments, such as:

1. The CORVETTE intended for operation in maritime and littoral zones for carrying out:

• Patrol and defence of marine military bases, ports, harbours, vessel mooring territories, economical zones and sea borders
• Anti-submarine patrol and submarine control
• Screening of civil vessels convoys and vessels on maritime march and harbouring
• Fight with floatage targets

2. The GYURZA  river armoured artillery boat is intended for:

• Patrol service of border river, lakes and maritime littoral zones
• Fight with small size boats of smugglers and trespassers 
• Fight with small size protected coastal targets (ATV, bunker shelters)
• Protection of vital stationary and floating hydro engineering constructions
• Securing of operations of intelligence and diversionary groups
• Navigational escort of detached vessels on internal waterways
• Protection of seafaring safety on international and internal waterways

3. The automatic grenade launcher UAG-40, offering high level of portability and allowing quick change of firing position both in open air and urban environment.
