BANYAN SOLUTIONS, an ISΟ:8000-110 certified company, is a division of Tess Data Solutions, and primarily offers services and customized solutions in two areas - Master Data Management (MDM) and data cataloging. The Company’s focus is to help enterprises standardize and catalogue master data, increase visibility of actionable information and maximize benefits from ERP implementations.

At the time of its inception in 1999, BANYAN SOLUTIONS offered data classification services involving classification of records for spend analysis. Being actively involved in the UNSPSC (United Nations Standard Products and Services Code) development projects in 2000, Banyan Solutions contributed significantly to the creation of Segment 42 and several other segments of the UNSPSC and was a pioneer in offering UNSPSC classification services to clients world-wide.

Since 2003, the Company expanded its scope of work to include data cataloging services and solutions and later moved on to providing customized solutions for master data management (MDM). Our MDM and data cataloging solutions are ISO 8000 – 110 compliant.

Currently, BANYAN has a customer base including several industry leaders, across the world. Its dedicated cataloging team consists only of engineering graduates from various disciplines, who catalogue silos of client data from its offices in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
