GENERAL INFORMATION

DESARROLLOS DE AUTOMATIZACION S.A. (DESA) specializes in real time electronic systems and 3D simulation devices for the defense and gaming sectors.

The Company was created in 1993 with the upgrade of the fire control system on board the Chilean Navy’s SAAR-3 missile boats.

Since then, the Company has evolved and has supplied locally developed systems to a great number of units of the Chilean Navy, which have exceeded the initial operational and logistic requirements.

DESA is a privately owned company with no technological, financial or commercial attachments to other companies, whether local or foreign. This independence provides great flexibility and freedom in the development and specification of components.

DESA’s product list includes radar processing and navigation systems, optronic systems, plotting tables, as well as the modernization of rate gyroscopes and servo systems.
