In addition to the design and fabrication of new tools, the in-house tool room facility allows for timely servicing of existing production tools, as well as fast turnaround of tool modifications during design and development project phases.

Injection Moulding - Injection Moulding technology encompasses a group of plastic moulding processes where by molten plastic is injected under pressure into a custom designed injection mould tool. In addition to conventional single shot horizontal injection moulding Talbot Technologies offers a range of specialist injection moulding technologies including: Vertical Moulding; Insert Moulding; Co-Moulding; In Mould Decoration; Cinpress Gas Assisted injection Moulding.

Thermoforming - Thermoforming technology encompasses a group of plastic forming processes where by plastic sheet is heated and formed over either a male or female mould tool. Talbot Technologies offers a range of thermoforming technologies including: Single sheet vacuum forming; Single sheet pressure forming; Twin sheet pressure forming.

Integrated Assembly - Talbot Technologies has a team dedicated to delivering integrated assembly solutions to customers across a range of industries including: marine, medical devices, communications, aerospace, entertainment and consumer and industrial electronics. The integrated assembly capability of Talbot Technologies includes the following services: Component Assembly, Including but not limited to: plastic mouldings, springs, fasteners, adhesives, foam inserts, labels; Electronics Assembly – PCB, LED and wiring loom installation; Ultrasonic Welding; Robotic Gluing; Post mould Finishing, Including but not limited to: electroplating, vacuum metalizing, pad printing.
