The aim of this procedure is to identify a contractor having the ability to provide the services described in this section for each of the following service lots:
• lot 1 – (part 1) development of integrated communication campaigns and (part 2) development of multimedia and online communications-related services as stand-alone products;
• lot 2 – provision of plain language summaries (PLS) of EFSA scientific outputs that are accessible for informed non-technical audiences.
This lot will have a dual function to cover the following two services:
— part 1 – integrated communication campaigns: planning, development, implementation, dissemination and evaluation of integrated communication campaigns. For the purposes of this call for tenders, a communication campaign is defined as a planned sequence of interrelated communication activities sharing a common narrative, targeting the same audience(s) and having a specific timeline and dedicated budget;
— part 2 – stand-alone multimedia and online products (e.g., video, animation etc.) on specific topics within EFSA’s remit, independently from the campaigns, as part of EFSA’s business/usual work.
