The strategic objective of the Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) is to promote the participation of economic operators active in the market in the presentation of proposals that respond to the following challenge to be addressed:
TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGE 1: Design, construction and installation of an aircraft fire simulator to carry out training tasks for Fire and Emergency Brigade teams.
It is intended that, based on the results of the PMC, the Jovellanos Integral Maritime Security Centre will have sufficient knowledge about the proposals of the economic operators and about the existing solutions on the market that respond to the technological challenge established in terms of technical and functional requirements. This will enable the definition and scope of the project to be put out to tender to be defined.
The proposals submitted must respond to the issues raised by the PMC by providing detailed and complete information (technical characteristics, approvals, certifications, etc.) in order to provide the Jovellanos Centre's facilities with suitable, high quality equipment for simulating real emergency situations and to develop its training activity for professionals.
