This procurement is for consultancy services for Phase 2a of development of the Restoration Actions and Contributions Calculator. The procurement includes review of phase 1 (ATM_2024_1305) work, recent updates to the Offsets Assessment Guide, and discovery of further work required to deliver a fully integrated RARCC. This will include: an independent review of the updated Offsets Assessment Guide (OAG) (Current Calculator) and the prototype Restoration Contributions Calculator (RCC) (developed in Phase 1). Additionally, services include recommendations approaches for an integrated Restoration Actions and Restoration Contributions Calculator (RARCC) and further discovery, including user requirements, output design and a workplan for the recommended RARCC approach.
It is intended that this procurement will enable the department to identify critical issues that may impact the development of a fully integrated RARCC. The workplan developed in this procurement will be used to procure further work to deliver the fully integrated RARCC in Phase 2b.
