Superior Industries Prices €250 million Debt Offering

Superior Industries International, Inc. (“Superior”) (NYSE:SUP), one of the largest manufacturers of aluminum wheels for customers serving the North American and European automotive markets, announced today that it has priced an offering of €250 million aggregate principal amount of 6.00% senior notes due 2025 (the "Notes") in an offering exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933. The Notes will be general unsecured obligations of the Company and will be guaranteed, with certain exceptions, by Superior’s existing and future domestic subsidiaries.

The remaining proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the existing term loan facility.

This is not an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any securities.
