CHINA TO OBTAIN FUEL CELL TECHNOLOGY FROM CANADA
Ballard Power Systems, a Canadian company, will supply 200 hydrogen fuel-cell engines to a Chinese motor manufacturer in a deal worth $11m. The engines are to be manufactured in Vancouver although China’s Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Motor Company will receive strategic technology transfers, licensing, and a supply deal.
