Ryder to Provide Fuel Management Solutions for Hydrotex’s New Clean Diesel Program

Ryder System, Inc. (NYSE:R), a leader in commercial fleet management, dedicated transportation, and supply chain solutions, today announced that Ryder, through its Ryder Fuel Services division, has been selected as a preferred fuel services partner for Hydrotex, a manufacturer of high-performance lubricants, fuel improvers, and advanced filtration solutions. Under this arrangement, Ryder will be the preferred provider of comprehensive tank monitoring and management services for Hydrotex’s Precision Fuel Management and Clean Diesel Fuel Management programs within its customer network.

These programs help Ryder’s customers improve operating efficiencies, reduce costs, and minimize negative environmental impacts. Under this agreement, Ryder will provide Hydrotex a menu of services that include:

  • Enhanced filtration system installation services;
  • Tank inspection services;
  • Tank cleaning services;
  • Dosing system installation services; and
  • Inventory management system installation services.

The Hydrotex Precision Fuel Management and Clean Diesel Fuel Management programs provide a fuel improvement strategy and tactical processes through a national network of fuel jobbers and direct field representatives.
