RockGarden Announces Financing to Expand Cannabis Production Facility

Expanding its cannabis production facility in Carleton Place, ON will enable late stage ACMPR applicant to increase annual production capacity up to 2,080 kilograms.

CARLETON PLACE, ON, Aug. 18, 2017 /CNW/ - RockGarden (Company), a late stage applicant under Canada's Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR), announced that it has launched an $8.2 million financing to expand its current production facility.

RockGarden intends to use the proceeds raised by this financing to immediately complete construction on the next phase of its staged expansion plan, as well as to fund general operations. Once completed, the production facility will have a footprint of 20,000 square feet, estimated to be able to produce 2,080 kilograms of dried flower annually.
