RCare Announces Product Growth, Expands into New Office

RCare continues to expand its international distribution footprint, its product offerings and its support and development staff. More office and warehouse space is mandated to allow for continued growth.

RCare's most recent addition, the GeoPendant, enables caregivers to designate "safe zones" for residents and send notifications should the wearer exit their custom-defined zone. These pendants, which also function as push-button alerts, and which allow care staff to pinpoint the resident's location, are especially helpful for mixed populations with some wander-risk residents. The wearers feel more freedom and independence, while the caregivers know their residents are safe.
Another recent product, the BCube, takes the company's flagship nurse call system, and scales and prices it for the smallest communities. The result is a system with all the high-end monitoring and reporting features, but without the large price tag.
