AdTech Photonics Announces the Acquisition of AdTech Optics
CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., Jan. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- AdTech Photonics, Inc. is pleased to announce that the company has acquired AdTech Optics, Inc. AdTech Photonics will continue to manufacture and expand AdTech Optics' pathbreaking portfolio of quantum cascade lasers, while also allowing for new development into related devices.
AdTech Photonics CEO Mary Fong said, "This restructuring will not affect AdTech Optics' existing customers. We will continue all products and services as before, including continuing to use the AdTech Optics brand for some time. Furthermore, we plan to provide our customers with more of the products that they have previously inquired from us."
AdTech Photonics manufactures, at their advanced semiconductor fab in Los Angeles, a wide range of quantum cascade lasers across the entire mid-infrared spectrum.
