School of PE Launches Tutoring Feature

School of PE adds tutoring feature to engineering exam review courses.

DUBLIN, Ohio, May 15, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- School of PE recently launched a new tutoring feature to assist its students in preparing for engineering licensure exams.

School of PE provides Fundamentals of Engineering (FE), Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE), Structural Engineering (SE) and surveying exam review courses. In order to provide its students with as much guidance and support as possible during their exam preparation, School of PE has launched a tutoring feature for its FE Civil and PE Civil students.

Chris Miller, School of PE's program director, explained why tutoring is a useful tool for those preparing for engineering exams. According to Miller, many School of PE students who take the FE, PE and SE exams have been out of school for quite a few years.

"Several subjects that are on the exam are subjects that, if not practiced regularly, can be forgotten and difficult to recall," said Miller. "School of PE launched one-on-one tutoring to help students reacquaint themselves with these subjects and increase their chances of passing the exam."

Tutoring sessions will be one hour each and will be led by School of PE's instructors. The sessions will revolve directly around a student's exam preparation needs, and the tutor will create a structured, individualized study plan for each student.

School of PE students can purchase one-hour tutoring sessions for $125 each or a package of five one-hour tutoring sessions for $500.

Although only FE Civil and PE Civil students are currently able to register for tutoring sessions, School of PE plans to offer tutoring to all of its students in the near future.
