Envirotainer Welcomes Cinven as New Owners
STOCKHOLM, July 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Envirotainer, the global market leader in temperature controlled airfreight solutions for the pharmaceutical supply chain, today announced that Cinven, the international private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Envirotainer from current majority shareholder AAC Capital for an undisclosed sum.
