MOBI Announces New Software Product Features to Enhance Enterprise Mobility Enablement, Integration, and Orchestration

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Mobility Management Software (MMS) leader MOBI today announced new updates to its software product aimed at connecting all mobile technologies and third-party data integrations with one centralized system. This exposes new insights that will lead to cost savings, enhanced mobility program controls, and a new level of user visibility across an entire mobile ecosystem.

"The enterprise landscape is exploding and evolving with the introduction of new devices, capabilities, and broader adoption of nontraditional mobile endpoints by businesses," said Josh Garrett, president and co-founder of MOBI. "And while new technology is dramatically improving the way we work, it's incredibly complicated for businesses to manage profitably, especially when it comes to deploying and managing devices under its 'virtual roof'. MOBI is constantly evolving and staying one-step ahead of these changes to satisfy our customers' mobility management needs."

The new product features and capabilities focus on enhancing three keys areas for MOBI customers: enablement, integration, and orchestration. With the additions of these capabilities to its existing product, MOBI's software updates simplify enterprise mobility processes and removes many common pain points found in current management programs.

Enablement
MOBI now gives businesses the ability to manage asset types such as laptops, desktops, wearables, and IoT sensors. By adding these devices to the mobile ecosystem mix that MOBI already manages, it's helping businesses track, procure, and manage all endpoints via a single platform -- removing the need for multiple management systems and the added time of reconciling data across systems.

Integration
MOBI's UEM Reporting allows businesses to manage everything about their device's security from one central location, ending the data silos traditionally created by Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) systems such as VMware, MobileIron, and SOTI, and MMS systems such as MOBI. This unified view is the first and only of its kind, and enables users to identify and contextualize UEM data alongside MOBI's program management information. Moving forward, a combination of UEM and MMS data will give businesses greater insights into their mobile security, leading to better decision-making processes and ultimately cost savings.

Orchestration
The launch of MOBI Workflow grants users access to code-free, drag-and-drop process design. Through this easy-to-use platform, MOBI customers can create custom Forms to collect information from users and automate actions based on responses. Not only does this give MOBI's user reporting more flexibility, but it also streamlines processes via automated steps with logic-driven activity. Workflow eliminates many of the repetitive tasks associated with mobility management while simultaneously giving businesses the ability to customize processes in a way that satisfies unique business needs.

"When adding new product features, we always have two simple goals in mind," said Ian Runyon, VP of Product at MOBI. "The first is to simplify the management of connected devices, and the second is to deliver exceptional user experiences. Each of these new features will enhance MOBI's innovative and holistic connected device management platform by making it easier than ever for our customers to view, manage, take action, and automate management processes."
