PARK CITY, Utah, Nov. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Landscope, an affiliate of Burbidge Investment Group, Inc., is the developer of the Shores at Stillwater and Village at The Shores, two highly successful developments in the Mayflower area of the Jordanelle. In partnership with Sundance Bay Capital, Landscope recently acquired 66 acres in the immediate Mayflower area. Landscope's property is located directly east and across U.S. Route 40 from the new Mayflower Mountain Resort which will add as many as five new lifts to the Deer Valley Resort in addition to extensive skiable terrain. Mayflower Mountain Resort's new base village, with restaurants, shops, galleries, hotels, and other residential offerings will be a welcome addition to the Deer Valley experience and bed base.
Landscope's development will be a more affordable alternative to the Four- & Five-Star experience Mayflower Lakeside Resort intends to create, nonetheless in the Resort's immediate proximity. With both condominiums (starting at $525,000) and attached town homes (starting at $700,000), quality will be of the highest level, coming standard with Viking appliances, solid granite counter tops, wood flooring, and other high-end finishes.
