The City of Richmond Enters Into an Agreement with SOMA Global to Provide Public Safety Solutions in Virginia

Richmond PD joins a growing list of agencies on the SOMA Platform in Virginia and opens the door for any State agency to join its data sharing network through a cooperative buying agreement.
