Loureiro Engineering adds new Associate to the SMEP Division

Greg Longo has joined Loureiro Engineering (Loureiro) as an Associate to the SMEP Division. Headquartered in Plainville, Conn., with offices in Groton, Conn., New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C., Loureiro is an employee-owned, full-service multi-disciplinary firm providing engineering, environmental health and safety, energy, facility, waste management consulting, construction, and laboratory analytical services.

Greg has a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University. Greg is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of a Connecticut and has 32 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Greg’s experience includes design and construction of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and control systems for buildings, design and integration of HVAC systems into building designs, integration of MEP systems into architectural building designs and development of specifications experience includes Greg was most recently a Senior Project Manager at BL Companies. As Senior Project Manager, Greg was responsible for supervision of design and construction of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression and control systems for buildings.
