Wet Utility Product Offering Expands with Quality Concrete Products Acquisition

ATLANTA, March 5, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Oldcastle Infrastructure(TM) is part of the Building Products division of CRH, the largest building materials company in North America. Oldcastle Infrastructure has acquired Quality Concrete Products (QCP) in Mukileto, Washington, a leading manufacturer of precast water management products located in the greater Seattle, Washington, area.

Founded in 1986, Quality Concrete Products manufactures precast concrete products including manholes and catch basins. The acquisition complements our existing products made in our Auburn and Spokane plants. The acquisition of QCP expands our presence and customer base in the Puget Sound region, a key growth area for Oldcastle Infrastructure.
