New High Voltage Inserts for ODU MEDI-SNAP® - Advanced Plastic Circular Connector

The new ODU MEDI-SNAP® high-voltage inserts enable a reliable transmission of up to 1,000V AC / 16A according to IEC 60664-1. These new inserts prevent "hot plugging" by featuring a special pin-layout design with lagging contacts in the smallest possible installation space of approx. 20 mm. Thanks to lagging signal contacts, the full connection status can be distinguished and a secondary switch off can be installed. This rules out both mating and demating of the high-voltage connector under load and ensures the long-term functional and operational reliability. Additional ODU MEDI-SNAP® product features include: 2,000 mating cycle durability, IP50 or IP64, daisy-chain capability, various housing types and mating status recognition.
