CAXIAS DO SUL, Brazil, March 20, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Randon S.A - Implementos e Participações (B3 - RAPT3 and RAPT4), the controlling holding company of ten companies operating within the segments of vehicles and trailers, auto parts and financial services, reports its results for the fourth quarter of 2018 (4Q2018), ended December 31, 2018. The financial and operating information of the Company, except when otherwise stated, are consolidated in accordance with the international standards of IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards and the monetary values are denominated in Reais.

    --  Total Gross Revenue 2018, before consolidation, of R$ 6.0 billion, up
        43.4% over 2017;
    --  Consolidated Net Revenue 2018 of R$ 4.3 billion, 45.1% higher than the
        revenue obtained in 2017 (R$ 2.9 billion);
    --  EBITDA 2018 of R$ 559.8 million, with an EBITDA margin of 13.1% and
        adjusted EBITDA of R$ 546.3 million in 2018, with an adjusted EBITDA
        margin of 12.7%;
    --  Net Income of R$ 151.7 million in 2018, with net margin of 3.6%, against
        net income of R$ 46.7 million in 2017.

HIGHLIGHTS

The main highlights of the 4Q2018 are as follows:

    --  Consolidated Net Revenue reached R$ 1.2 billion in 4Q2018, 42.1% higher
        than 4Q2017 (R$ 853.2 million);
    --  EBITDA 4Q2018 of R$ 124.6 million, with an EBITDA margin of 10.3% and
        adjusted EBITDA of R$ 126.8 million in 4Q2018 with a 10.7% adjusted
        EBITDA margin;
    --  Consolidated foreign sales totaled US$ 55.0 million in the quarter, an
        increase of 37.9%, compared with the same quarter in 2017;
    --  Net Profit of R$ 35.4 million in the quarter and Net Margin of 2.9%,
        against net profit of R$ 3.6 million in 4Q2017.
