City of Kent, Washington Modernizes City-Wide Payments and Revenue Management with System Innovators' iNovah

Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to partner with Washington's sixth largest city, the City of Kent, to modernize payments and revenue management with the iNovah hub. The iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) system will replace the city's existing cashiering solution, and provide the City of Kent with one central place to manage all payment channels and enterprise revenue activity.

The City's existing point of sale solution is at its end of life and no longer supported by the vendor. As a result, the organization needed a reliable and scalable solution to meet its functional needs and best serve its citizens. After evaluation, City of Kent found that System Innovators' iNovah solution fulfills the entirety of its IT and Finance requirements.
