DataBank Announces New President - Matt Charlson

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., April 02, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- DataBank, a leading provider of business process solutions and a top reseller of Hyland Software, today announced that Matt Charlson will assume the position of President of DataBank IMX, LLC (a Kyocera Group Company) effective April 1, 2019. The current President and co-founder, Chuck Bauer, will step down to focus on accelerating the company's M&A activities.

Matt Charlson has served as the SVP of Sales & Marketing and has led DataBank's professional services, business process outsourcing and software solutions teams over the last five years. He was the co-founder of eDocument Resources which was acquired by DataBank in 2013.
