Texas-based Civil Engineering Firm Jones|Carter Onboards Strategic Hire for North Texas Region
DALLAS, May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- R. Gore Bolton, PE, PLS, has joined Texas-based civil engineering firm Jones|Carter as Vice President of Land Development in North Texas. Bolton, originally from Washington, DC, has 25 years of leadership experience in business development and operational management, specializing in Land Development services, project financing, capital formation, and due diligence.
