Reproductive Biology Associates Announces Launch of its R-Baby-Assurance Program

ATLANTA, May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Reproductive Biology Associates (RBA), part of the Prelude Fertility (Prelude) network and the longest, continuously-operating and full-service private fertility treatment center in the United States, announces today the launch of its R-Baby-Assurance program.

This financial guarantee program gives eligible patients who are seeking in vitro fertilization (IVF) services the opportunity to pay a flat fee with the guarantee that they will take a baby home, or they are provided a full refund. The program fee costs start at $19,000 and includes seven fresh IVF cycles and unlimited subsequent frozen embryo transfers. It also includes preimplantation genetic testing for chromosomal aneuploidy, also known as PGT-A without additional charges. This test identifies embryos with the correct number of chromosomes to improve the chances of a successful pregnancy. The cost of the program does not include IVF medications.

For patients who do not have the luxury of insurance coverage for fertility services, the financial aspect associated with such treatments is often a determining factor as to how far they can go in their quest to have a baby. The new R-Baby-Assurance program gives RBA patients more financial options and more chances at conceiving a baby, in turn alleviating some of the stress that can be part of this process.

Patients eligible for the R-Baby-Assurance program include females under the age of 39 at the start of the program who wish to undergo IVF with their own eggs to obtain a pregnancy, whether for their own use with a male partner, female partner or a single female using donor sperm. Additionally, patients must meet certain medical criteria, which are reviewed by RBA clinical leaders. Patients who require the use of donor eggs can apply for RBA's Frozen Egg Advantage (FEA), which also provides a live birth guarantee.

RBA has six locations throughout the Atlanta-metro area, including Piedmont, Cumming, Fayetteville, Lawrenceville and Marietta. Its newest satellite location on the campus of Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is the only reproductive endocrinology practice on the Piedmont Atlanta hospital campus. The 2,235 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility offers a full range of comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for women and men, including consultations, ultrasounds, bloodwork, as well as semen analysis, saline infusion sonohysterograms and OB checks.

Since its inception in 1983, RBA has remained steadfast in its commitment to the development of revolutionary technologies and techniques to enhance pregnancy outcomes. Its physicians boast more than 200 years of cumulative experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and have achieved in excess of 30,000 babies. RBA's specialized treatment plans combine compassionate patient care with state-of-the-art technology, much of which its physicians pioneered.
