According to Bella Dental founder Dr. Alex Shor, "We are very excited to introduce the new website which also has its own mobile app. It allows our office to provide our patients with a new level of access to us and everything we have to offer. Meet the Dentists:
Dr. Shor holds a BA in computer engineering from Rutgers University and a DMD from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has been serving the local community as a general, cosmetic, and implant dentist for more than 20 years, and he is a member of numerous dental societies and associations.
Dr. Michael Alkon graduated from Brooklyn College and Tufts Dental School. After serving in the military, he came to the area more than 40 years ago to open a dental practice in Holmdel and join the staff of Bayshore Hospital. Dr. Alkon has received numerous commendations for his service to the hospital and to the community.
Periodontist Dr. Benjamin Greenstein graduated from the University of Delaware in 2001. He received his DMD from Rutgers School of Dentistry in 2005, followed by a residency in periodontics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Periodontology, and has authored multiple published articles on dentistry, periodontics, and dental implants.
Dr. Cristina Kavendek is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. She graduated from the College of New Jersey and Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she was elected to join Omicron Kappa Upsilon and the National Prosthodontic Honor Society. She then completed her residency at Morristown Medical Center, a Level One Trauma Center. She is certified in BOTOX(TM) and dermal fillers as well as Clear Correct aligners.
The entire team is dedicated to patient education, and they view the new website as a valuable educational tool. "This is only one of the new and exciting advancements that our patients can expect to find at our new Holmdel location.
