GENEVA, By STEVE BRECKEN May 22, 2019 — Honeywell (NYSE: HON) has received certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency for the installation of its most economical connectivity solutions, the Aspire 200 and the GoDirect Router, on Embraer Phenom 300 aircraft through Altenrhein Aviation. This allows small business and general aviation operators to install and upgrade a compact and lightweight connectivity solution on their Phenom 300 aircraft. The offering can deliver cabin voice and data needs at the highest performance levels to business passengers, making a phone call in the air just as reliable as it is on the ground.

In addition, Phenom 300 operators across Europe can now access GoDirect Cabin solutions, which are consistently monitored by Honeywell for any health checks and required maintenance, essentially reducing operators aircraft downtime, while benefitting from costs savings through a lighter aircraft weight.
